I keep meaning to say when I see your posts with your boys names that I also have a Langston - he's 15 and in his whole life we've only met one other Langston.  But it's a pretty cool name.  My Lang is named after a great uncle - how did you choose the name?

Really?  That's awesome!  I don't know anyone else named Langston.  We are nerds and have named them after two famous african american authors Langston Hughes and James Baldwin (although, as DH points out, Jimi Hendrix's real name was James Marshall).

Btw, I like the nickname Lang...I couldn't think of what would be a good nickname for Langston.  But, I like Lang

People always ask me if he's named after Langston Hughes and comment about how awesome that is...they are kind of disappointed when I say that he's named after a family member and I always have to follow up with but I am a Langston Hughes fan  I did buy my son a really nice copy of Let America be America again. 

My son goes by Lang 95% of the time - it works out well, sometimes people call him Lane and I just say "Lang" as in Langston and they get it.

 Well - very cool names for both boys!
