Babies weights at 9 Months

I'm having a tough time finding a growth chart for preemie babies so I thought I would just ask here.  What were your babies weights at 9 months?  Thanks ladies!

12lbs 14oz and 14 lbs even at 9 months.  Preemies don't have special growth charts, but if your pedi is adjusting their age just base it off of that.  For instance my boys were 6 months adjusted at their 9 month appt.

At 8m actual my boys were 6.5m adjusted and weighed about 18lbs.

Sorry I should have been more specific, at the doctor appointments they have a special growth chart for preemies, but it won't load on their online charts that I can access. They have never shown me an adjusted chart.  When I put the info I do have into like the CDC growth charts they aren't even on there so I thought maybe I was missing something.  Thanks for your responses though, mine were born at 35.6 so they have always been smaller for their actual age.    Thank you!

My pedi is all about growth curves. The babies came at 36 weeks and weighed 6lbs 9oz (DS) and 4lbs 15.7oz (DD) at birth. I was on bedrest for the growth discordance...in pregnancy, she was always ~30th percentile and he was always 70th percentile.

At 1 month, DS was 50th percentile on the pre term chart and 10th on the full term chart, he gained 3.5lbs between month 1 and 2 and was up to 50th percentile on the full term chart by month 2. @ our 9.5 mo ck up he was 22lbs 14oz which is 80th on the FT chart!! He's a big boy.

DD was not even on the FT chart at 1 month and only 10th percentile on the preterm chart. At 2 mos, she was 10th on the FT chart. By month 3, she was at ~20th percentile on the FT chart. At our last ck up (9.5mos), she is now 35th (18lbs 5 oz)  on the FT chart for weight!

We made it our job to feed them for the first 12 wks though (we fed them every 2 hours during the day for the first few weeks and then fed them every 3 hours until about 4 months). I had hoped to EBF, so someone scared me to death about their weights and gestation while I was on the mom baby floor.

Our 9 month appointment ended up being 3 weeks after they turned 9 months, but they were both 17lb 6 oz then. They have always been very close in weight. They were born at 37w1day.
