What could it be?

I am a almost 36 year old (bday on monday) mother of a 3.5 year old boy. Just had a few questions about some changes that i have been noticing recently. I have a regular 29-30 day cycle and just ended my period on saturday. Today when i went to use the bathroom, i noticed red bleeding again....jsut 2 days after my period ended. This has never happend before and i am a little freaked out. Last few months, i have been noticing other symptoms like sore breasts all the time (checked out by dr and tests), night sweats the day before period, fatigue, anxiety, body aches and joint pains. I am wondering if this has something to go with a hormonal problem. Anybody else have bleeding start just 2 days after period ended? Thanks!
