12 week growth spurt

What signs did your LO have that made you think or know they were going thru the 12 week growth spurt?

My dd will be 12 weeks on wednesday and her eating hasn't changed yet but she is a little more fussy and changing her normal routine of things that she used to like before.

My LO started eating a lot more. I usually come home to nurse him on my lunch break and DH gives him two 4 oz bottles while I'm at work. He started eating four 4 oz bottles in addition to nursing during my work day.

He also started sleeping a lot more. Just this past week, at 12 weeks, he started being ready to go down for the night at 6:30, and he would stay asleep until 2 or 3 am. He even STTN until 6am once.

Def increased appetite and to some extent fussiness.

Also he would suckle on his hands more and more. But I'd say that excess sleeping, eating and cranky baby when these don't happen are all telltale signs. 

Good luck, my LO's was not too bad--mostly sleeps and nurses ALOT.

Well my dd is doing all of the opposite. She is actually eating less but only about an oz at each feeding which is a lot if you really think about it. And she is fighting naps. When she is tired she cries and when she finally falls asleep she doesn't sleep long like maybe an hour. That's not her normal. Whatever is making her like this hopefully goes away soon!

Hungry.... a lot!! My DD is going through hers now, a little early. She's eating a lot more during the day and sleeping longer stretches at night. She had a few fussy days last week that were all sorts of awesome.

this is z to a tee. 13 weeks today. i think its a mental spurt.

We're in the middle if it now.... P normally STTN but it's 1 am and we are up for the second time because he's hungry. Just be prepared for a couple nights interrupted sleep. Not to bad though. "This too shall pass" :

DD started eating like a boss. She's downing 8oz regularly and occasionly 10-11oz. In addition, she has also been sucking on her hands a lot more and been just a tad more fussy. Her sleeping has been all over the place too. Some nights she will sleep through the night, others she will be up every couple of hours to eat. Basically, all the scheduling I thought I had down is now messed up haha

K has been fussy and his napping has changed. He isn't a fussy baby so I can tell something is going on. He is 12 weeks today. And has always eaten like a pig so no change there!
