Alva vs kawaii inserts?

I saw that superstash has alvas back in stock, so I think I'm going to add some to my stash. I heard that the alva MF inserts are crap though, so I'll probably order some bamboo inserts as well. Are the alva or kawaii bamboo inserts better? They're the same price anyway, so I would want to get the ones that work best. TIA

I'm not sure you can even tell them apart. It doesn't matter.

The plain bamboo are fairly equivalent, but Alva has 4 layer bamboo/MF blend inserts as well which I prefer.

Where do you buy your inserts? I need to start stocking up on some.
