I have Ds1 behind the passenger seat right now. I park with the passenger side closest to the house. I'm wondering if I should move Ds1 behind me and have Ds2 behind passenger so I can see him and its closest to house. I'm not sure though! We have an appt Wednesday for an inspection specialist to install. Wdyd?

Surprise BFP 6/25/14 LO#3 due Feb2015!
I kept the older one on the passenger side. I could walk to the car with both of them, put the infant seat on the ground, help the older child in and buckle. Then pick up the infant seat, walk around to the driver side, click in, and then get in myself.
I found it easier getting the older one in first, because I wouldn't feel OK with letting go of the older one's hand to snap in the infant seat (I could never get it in smoothly unless I held it with two hands), if LO was on the passenger side. Also if the older one on the divers side and you put him/her in first to go to the driver side, back to the passenger side to get the baby in, and then back to the driver side just seemed like too much work!
