It's a...........

BOY!!!

We had our A/S on Thursday just did not have a chance to post.  The A/S seemed to go well until we went in to see the doc and near the end of the appt he said we saw something we did not like so we are going to send you to get a echo for the baby's heart....He mentioned VSF....needless to say I had to look it up and it has to do with a hole in the heart but it seems to be a common procedure.  Just praying they were wrong and if not maybe it will correct itself.....Glad I am on team BLUE!!!!!!! Have a great week ladies!!!!

Re: It's a...........

  • I hope that you get good news about your baby's heart - hoping that it heals itself!

  • Congrats on being Team Blue! Hope everything is ok with baby.
  • Thank you I forgot to mention I go tomorrow to get it checked out!!!
  • I've always called it a VSD Ventricular Septal Defect.I've had one since birth. It was very scary for my mother when I was a newborn because of the unknown. She also never had an ultrasound, so they didn't discover it until birth. I have been healthy my whole life and even run half marathons. It didn't correct itself though! It's always been something I've just had to be aware of. Congrats on the healthy boy!
  • Congrats and I hope your appointment goes well tomorrow!

I'm not new. I just hate The Bump.

  • Congrats on your boy!
