You need to share some kale recipes. You seem to use it a lot. I like kale but haven't really tried it other than fried kale or baked kale chips.
I do use kale a lot. I'm a big fan of most leafy greens (kale, chard, mustard, spinach).
I think kale can really be used in anything you would put spinach in - pastas, soups, etc. If you go with dinosaur kale, instead of the typical curly kind, you may even enjoy it sauteed with some olive oil and garlic.
Monday: toasted almond pork cutlets over egg noodles
Tues: iho Mardi Gras, gumbo with shrimp and andouille sausage
Wed: 5 spice and sherrymarinated pork tenderloin, green veggie and probably yellow rice
Thurs: maybe out to dinner?
Fri: my mom is in town so who knows the rest of the weekend. Chip will probably grill or smoke something.

Tuesday: hamburgers and homemade fries (potato and sweet potato)
Wednesday: Brocolli Chowder with corn and bacon. Yeah, I said bacon.
Thursday: fend for yourself night
Friday: Baked Artichoke Chicken, twice baked potatoes, and honey roasted carrots
Saturday: Crockpot Chicken Teriyaki
Sunday: Leftovers or maybe pizza day
Monday is some new Pinterest chicken, biscuits and green beans.
Tuesday is breakfast for dinner
