For about a month now, the girls only take one nap at daycare (3 days a week). The other days, they take 2 naps. I'm guessing the difference is because at daycare there are other kids and more going on, whereas home is more low-key. Either way, it didn't bother me that they had two different schedules.
However, now DD1 only wants to do one nap at home and DD2 still wants two. If we try to keep DD2 up she falls asleep on the floor. If we try to put DD1 down with DD2 she just yells in her crib until we get her. I really don't want to have them on two different nap schedules because they would be completely opposite schedules and not only where there be no break for us (those couple of hours are when I shower, grab a bite to eat, and clean up a little), but then they wouldn't have much time together during the day.
Any suggestions, or is this just a suck it up for a couple of weeks until DD2 gets with the program kind of thing? The one on one time is nice, so I suppose it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world...
