FTM here, I am leaning towards the snap and go stroller. I'm not sure what carseat I'll be getting yet, I want to go to BBB and actually pick them up to see what they feel like.
I am small (5'1) and really like the idea of the snap and go. It seems easy to use, lightweight, and small enough to put in the trunk.
Please let me know pros and cons of your favorite snap and go. Thanks!

Re: Recommend your snap and go stroller...
Also wanted to add that all the frame strollers are practically the same design, just slight variations in handle bar, wheels, style, etc.
We have a Chicco Keyfit 30 and the Chicco Keyfit caddy. It was really convenient at first, but once DS started sitting up with a little support I didn't want him stuffed in his carseat in one position all the time. We walk our dog daily for 1-2 hours every afternoon and that is DS' naptime. So at 5-6 months we bought a stroller (BJ City Mini GT) so he has the option of sitting up if he wants to or we can recline the seat if he falls asleep and he can stretch out. I didn't know that a lot of strollers have adaptors for carseats or I probably would have gotten the stroller earlier.
DS is 9 months old and still fits in his carseat (he's tiny!), but I am glad we are not using his carseat as his full time stroller.
I'm also 5'1" so I understand your concerns about a stroller being easy to handle as far as size and weight. So, the Keyfit Caddy is all those things. Lightweight, easy to use, fits in your trunk, has a nice basket. Good for shopping and walking on city sidewalks. If you drive a lot and are in and out of your car it's nice for that NB/early infant stage. I'm glad we have it because it was the right thing for us at that stage, but we also grew out of it pretty quickly.
I just wanted to warn against the Baby Trend Universal Snap n Go. I originally got one only to find out that it didn't actually fit my car seat (Britax B-Safe). I was planning on returning the car seat to get one that fit the snap n go because I loved the idea of the snap n go. When I went into BRU to figure out which car seat to get, I realized just how crappy the Baby Trend Snap n Go actually is. No car seat sits securely in it. I ended up returning the Baby Trend snap n go and the Britax car seat and getting a Graco car seat with the Graco snap n go stroller. These two were made to work together and are very secure.
If you are considering the Baby Trend Snap n Go, I highly recommend going to the store and actually trying the car seats on it. You will see just how unsecure they are.
I have the Safety 1st Clic It. We ended up using it for only 3 months because DS wanted to look around-but it worked out great when we had it. I have an OnBoard Air 35 Carseat, but it also clicks with some of the other manufacturers seats. I loved the parent tray since it had 2 great cupholders and the ipad/iphone holder for your phone (I put my keys in it as well) and the large basket. The only thing I think they could have improved was you can only get large bags in the basket from the front. Here is a link with the seats it works with:

I figure we may use it a little again with DS 2 as well. At least at the daycare.

We knew we wanted the Graco Snugride30 car seat, so we got the Graco snugrider stroller frame. We tried the car seat in both the Graco brand & Baby Trend brand, and the Graco stroller frame is much more secure.
I am 5'2" and have no trouble with the stroller frame. DS is 3 months now and I've used it a ton - for hour-long walks several times a week.
