Nope. It would only come up positive if you were newly pregnant.
How can that be though?? Women who have miscarriages it takes weeks for the HCG to go down below a 5 and read not pregnant. Thats with HCG not as high as ours. Also some women it take months to get their period back without BFing. Pregnancy hormones play a role in that.
No... I am not asking if I could be pregnant just asking if I took a test... Would it still come up positive from the last pregnancy? Thoughts?
I think it may depends on the woman. When I found out I was pregnant ( 5weeks) with DD they thought I had lost her. The doc ran a blood test on me and called and told me that the levels were too low and I probably had miscarried. We went to verify via ultrasound to find out I was actually 16 weeks pregnant. I was irregular, no morning sickness, cramping or anything. The doc told me if I had waited a few more weeks I would have probably tested negative.
I took one around 5 weeks PP (because I was honestly just curious if it would still show up or not!) and it did. Faint, but there were definitely two lines.

That would scare the crap out of me right now!!! lol. I think my husband would break down and cry if I showed him a positive test and were10 week post partum.

I highly doubt it would still come up as pregnant, although, your hormones could still not have stabilized from postpartum.

I took depo for years and have never heard of this.
At my clinic they have to do a pregnancy test before they'll give you any kind of birth control
