Snugglebugz has some BJ City Versas on sale right now. It says they are the recalled ones, but new (not used) and they all have new (fixed) frames. 

They are $300 (which is $200 cheaper than any store in my Canadian city) and they have free shipping to Canada and cheap shipping to the US (about $15 I think).
