Prenatal Massage

I had my first one today and I'm now willing to divorce my husband and marry a filthy rich man so I can just have massages everyday for the rest of my life. Apparently my little lady didnt get the "quiet time" memo because she was bouncing all around. I had a reflexology massage instead of Swedish and she taught me all sorts of techniques to alleviate pregnancy discomforts. She even said next time to bring DH and she'd give him a lesson on what to do as I get farther along.

  • I'm blessed that my mom is a certified massage therapist. I've been lucky to get almost weekly massages since my morning sickness subsided a couple months ago. If you can afford to treat yourself or someone offers it as a gift, do it while you can because it is amazingly beneficial.
