Yeah, I think she said she was away for work in San Diego  when she was hooking up with him.

Not that it truly matters in the long run, because it appears to be a sad situation anyway, but CA is a no fault divorce state.

I don't know anything about divorce, so does that mean that no matter what they treat all divorces the same? It sounds like they were separated though, so even if it wasn't a no fault state, it wouldn't technically be him cheating? Even if he was leading his wife to believe they were going to get back together?

Not that I agree with that, he is definitely shady as fluck and an asshat that doesn't deserve to be with either of them. I really hate that the wife was made to sound like she was crazy by the girlfriend. She really has no idea what was going on inside of their marriage and should probably have assumed the worst about the husband and not the wife, HE was the crazy one who was lying.

If a guy I was casually seeing had an ex with their wedding picture as her fb picture, my first thought would be "he's a lying married asshoIe," not "she's BSC."
