Reoccuring Clogged Duct

Has anyone else ever had a duct that just won't unclog or gets better for a few days and then the pain comes back? I'm going on 4 weeks of a clogged duct even after doing all the tricks suggested online/by my doc and taking antibiotics (to make sure it doesn't become mastitis). It is KILLING me. Any suggestions for how to cope? I'm worried that if this keeps up it will become to painful to continue BFing and I really don't want to stop until DD is a year old.

oh my gosh! i just got rid of one yesterday, and another one in the same spot 2 weeks ago.
drink a ton of water, and my Lactation Consultant suggested taking Lecithin granuals. aparently its a product that is put in many foods to keep the milk solids from over solidifying?
some of the girls on my month board take it in capsul form (Whole Foods store) but i found mine at a small local health food store, in granular form in the bulk section (i'd call first and see if a store has it). as of yesterday i'm taking 1 tablespoon a day.
it reminds me of cooked couscous in its consistancy, and as it doesn't have much flavor on its own, i plan to mix it in my daily oatmeal.

my supply goes down on the clogged side until it passes. i have no experience with the pills, but the granuals don't have much flavor of their own and are easy to put in other foods.
i've put it in oatmeal as well as yellow curry with rice and didn't notice it there at all. looks like it doens't matter if it gets warm or not at least from what i was able to read online.
also, if your pumping, check your pump parts. i thought i had another clog this morning, but looks like instead it was some of my white suction thingys (that we just bought this week) are faulty and not holding suction well.

Clogged ducts are caused by insufficient drainage of your milk, either because of engorgement, a bad latch, skipped feedings, OR by wearing one of the following that is too tight: a bra (underwire is usually the culprit), a bathing suit or even a baby carrier. If you're like me, you can also get them sleeping in the wrong position (stomach).
