About $50. We currently buy a 116 count box of Huggies Snug & Dry from Walmart. Each box is usually $25, but usually on sale for $23. We usually need 2 cases a month.
I don't really keep track but I doubt that I go through more than 2 boxes per LO. So, based on that we spend about $60/month on both kids. I use Luvs and try to buy them when Target has a good deal!
I get two boxes of Pampers Swaddlers a month using Amazon Mom Subscribe & Save. I pay about $76/mo. On the months I get wipes too (every other month) it bumps it up closer to $100.

This. We use cloth wipes too. I did the math on the approximate cost in detergent and water per month, and I think it added up to $5.00 if I launder every other day.
I CD so $0...although I am adding some cute diapers to my stash tomorrow, just because. Between gifts and buying used, I only spent about $100 on my diapers and accessories

Right now... around $20, maybe. We use Luvs and they work great. After we are finished up with the ones we have, I'm going to try cloth diapers again. We tried when she was first born but the ones we bought were too big around her leg and leaked everywhere. Now that she's a bit more chubby, we are hoping they will work. I spent $50 on the cloth diapers to fit her from now through a year old, and I made my own soaker pads to go in them, so maybe another $10 for the supplies for that.

Since all 3 of my kids are in different sizes I can buy a large box on Amazon for about $35 a piece every two months, so that's about $50 a month or so. When the girls were babies it was ridiculous, probably closer to $70 or more a month because we went through so many.
