Hi ladies,
Anyone have abdominal aches like they did a lot of sit ups? I feel like this almost every day. Its not at all a pain, just feels like stretching or like I worked out yesterday (clearly didn't....gotta start on that!). I would assume its too early for my abs to be stretching. Just curious if anyone else felt like this. Thanks!

Honestly....always.. and when I go to do sit ups I feel like I just did 200 of them but as I keep doing them the soreness surprisingly goes away.
Not that I recommend you get rid of your soreness by doind sit ups but I have found that it goes away if I do my sit ups after my normal cardio work out. I am doing pilates sit ups (not crunches).
