Has anyone else had their LO tested for this? DS just had an ultrasound this afternoon for it and he was not happy. They wouldn't allow me to feed him for 6 hours before the test and then they insisted on feeding him bubblegum pedialyte during the exam. He's EBF so I was very angry about this. I had brought a bottle of BM with us so that I could feed him on the car ride home and I tried getting them to use that instead of the pedialyte but they refused. Now I'm dealing with a gassy, uncomfortable baby whose had 3 blow out since drinking that horrible stuff. 

I just want to know if anyone else has had to have this test and if their baby was made to drink anything for it

Ds1 got tested for that but he did not drink anything but my breast milk from a bottle while the test was happening, what were the results for your test, I remember they told me right away everything was negative.
