VBAC Success rates for doctors?

How do you find this out?  I've seen people mention finding success rates for particular doctors on the ICAN website.  I must be blind!  I can't find that information anywhere!  I finally found something telling me the general c-section rate for the particular hospital where I'll deliver, but I'd really like some numbers on particular doctors.

I don't know how to find the particular doctors, but wanted to agree that you should. My hospital did less than 20 vbacs last year, but my ob is a big vbac advocate, the only one at the hospital.
