Yay for the Antilop recommendation! This is what we are planning on getting. We are still at least a couple of months away from starting solids but we plan to BLW.
I have been drooling over the Stokke Trip Trap but it is really expensive and there is a YouTube video of a kid pushing it over from the table which makes me nervous. The Antilop is 20 bucks and goes right up to the table so LO can eat with the family. That was what I loved most about the Trip Trap so the fact that the IKEA chair goes up against the table makes it a real possibility.
Anyone else have opinions about the Trip Trap vs Antilop or any other chair?

We used the Fisher Price travel seat (the one that straps onto a regular chair) for both kids, and it worked fine. My sister had the Ikea high chair, and the feet went out so far it was really easy to trip over.

We used the Antilop. The Trip Trap looks amazing, but holy friggin' expensive! I like my $20 chair!
ETA: Once Ro no longer needed to be strapped in we did switch to a regular chair propped up with a Kaboost. I got a brown one. It has two levels and has worked very well for us. Again, the price is very reasonable.
Re: Baby-led weaning board?

And the high chairs are discussed often!
Currently going through our second deployment. Can't wait for Zoe to meet her daddy!

There was a recall I read about on these, I'm sure it's worked out now.. Something about the safety belts being faulty? I can't remember.
