I forgot how much I dreaded...

in Parenting after a Loss

...the simple act of going to the bathroom when pregnant.  I had been doing a good job of not even thinking about worst case scenarios, but then I had a little brownish discharge yesterday and this morning for no discernible reason and instantly the dread  returned.  

 The same thing happened about the same point in my pregnancy with DS, and all was well...but I'm also in the same week gestation as my miscarriage.  So there goes my very "zen" approach to this surprise pregnancy, out the window. I really wish I was far enough along for my Doppler to work!

    Aw, fx that everything is ok! I spotted a number of times during my pregnancy with G, which of course caused a lot of stress...hope the Doppler comes in handy soon!

    When I was pg with DD, I had spotting at exactly the same time as when I lost the previous baby. I had the same dread and fears but DD thrived. I am hoping the same goes for you. Big hugs and positive vibes sent your way!
