Had my (FULL term!) 2nd baby! PIP

I just wanted to share the exciting news! After a late-term preemie needing some NICU time with my older daughter, and premature contractions this time around at 34 weeks and extra monitoring for small size (plus that shorter-than-ideal cervix again) we welcomed baby Cora this Sunday at exactly 39 weeks! Some of the baby nurses said they thought she might have been a little earlier than that, but whatever! I'm taking credit for 39 weeks this time and her pediatrician says he thinks she's a term baby, just a mini one!

She was 5lb, 13oz and 18 inches long and she has sweet strawberry blond fuzzy hair. We're working on getting her to nurse enough to fill her little belly and sleep well rather than fuss and snack, and watching her bili levels, but for the most part she is doing great an we expect to bring her home with us tomorrow. Thank you to all of you for your support with DD1 and through this pregnancy! I hope all of your babies are doing great and that any future pregnancies go to term!
