Diaper rash

LO has a diaper rash. He's only had it once before when I had to put him in a disposable. It cleared up quick when I put back on his cloth. He never needed any cream. He has an awful diaper rash right now. I put destin on him and put him in a sposie. Can I use his cloth and put a liner in it? I really don't want to keep him in a sposie.

You can use a liner with the cream, just make sure none of it touches the diaper itself. Then wash the liner separately (like with a load of towels).
