I have a quick doctor appt. for a chiro referral in the morning. This is going to sound so dumb, but I've never had to take Lucy to one of my appts. She has 3 sets of grandparents within 20 miles...But I scheduled this at the last minute and it's an early appt. so I don't even want to ask.
Soooo, here comes the stupidest question: I can bring my toddler, right? It won't be that bad. People do this. I suddenly feel like a clueless person.

Thank you! I have no clue why this stumped me for a moment.
Spoiled by plentiful babysitters, party of 1. lol
I've brought DS to some of my appts and once where it was just me and him. It may be a little more work, but it can be done.
Good luck!
Good deal. The tablet will be packed. I'm gonna be so spazzed out with two kids, huh?
I think it's totally fine, people around here do it all the time.
I do recall someone at work mentioning that their OB doesn't like you to bring kids along during flu season, just trying to limit exposure to pregnant mamas. But I don't think it was a hard fast rule.
I'm hoping this will be super quick so she won't run out of stuff to eat or do!
The place that did my NT scan absolutely forbids you from bringing children. They will cancel your appt. and make you reschedule. I think they see higher risk pregnancies so it makes sense.
My PCP is a family practice so I know she sees kids regularly.
Do as our foremothers before us and drink at night. A lot.
DS will sit still longer if he's in his stroller than if he's in a chair - I usually just have my cheapo umbrella stroller.
As for bringing Lucy, like PPs said its no biggie. I'd suggest a stroller and a snack. M is always calm when she's eating, I've brought her to all but one of my apps.
