Full bladder = worse cramping?

Anyone else having cramping that worsens when you have a full bladder?  I seem to have this and a few minutes after peeing, the cramping goes away or dulls significantly.  It's kind of odd.  I almost don't feel like I have to pee, I mean, kind of, but not the normal "I have to pee feeling".  I just feel crampy and know I have to go.

Early this AM (4:00 or so), I actually had some painful cramping. I got up and went to the bathroom, laid back down, and cramping was gone.

I'm also having pretty much constant dull "pain", if you want to call it that.  It's not really painful, just some very minor cramping.

Anything to be concerned about?

I was just going to post the same exact question. I've been noticing it for a week or so now. I'm thinking maybe its from the bladder pressing against the uterus?? But I'm not sure.

Hmmm, maybe ask your doctor in case it's a UTI.  That's all I can think of, unless like you said it's the bladder being squished a bit - seems early though for that.  I'm not sure!

I've been noticing the same thing, mostly in the middle of the night as well.  I plan on discussing it with my dr at the next appt.

Yes definitely - once I go to the bathroom it eases up.

I've been experiencing the same thing. I assume it's because my full bladder is pressing on my uterus.
