using baby cereal

I've got some open boxes, the big boxes, and my girls eat finger food almost exclusively. 

I found a recipe online for pancakes, my girls love those. and there's a cookie one I havent tried yet.

Anyone have any other ways of using up what you have left?

My little sister found a recipe to use the rice cereal for homemade teething biscuits.  They were FANTASTIC!  Even I liked them.  I also substituted the rice cereal for oatmeal and it was just as good!

You could make healthy chicken cutlets. Dip chicken in egg and coat with cereal powder (season cereal with herbs and salt). Pan fry or bake.
