low lying placenta, repeat c section

Well I originally wanted to try a v back. But I'm 24 wks and I still have a low lying placenta since 16 wks. I dont have hope that it will correct itself but we will see. I have my next US to check at 28 wks. Just wanted to hear from moms who have done repeat c sections if their recovery was better/ faster then the 1st. My kids will be 8 years apart. I had an easy recovery with my daughter. Just hoping the 2nd time goes just as well or better.

    I'll just give my thoughts on this... I had a low-lying placenta at 20 weeks. The tech told me I'd have to come back in a month to check it. I talked with my midwife, and we decided I'd get another ultrasound at 30 weeks instead. So, I'd hold off as long as possible to give it time to move up.
