That's great to hear!  So glad it went well.  I'm sure it was tough facing it (I know I had a tough time when I went back to work) - but it's always a nice surprise to find out it isn't as bad as you think it's going to be.

It actually went pretty well! Much better than I was prepared for. I didn't even cry and neither did the kids. I thought I'd be a horrible mess all day, but I checked in at home every couple of hours and DH made me feel very confident that everyone was good. He even made me coffee in the morning in a to go cup to take with me. I have to say that he really stepped up and tried to make my first day back as good as he could. I got home and the kids were SO excited to see me. It felt really good...THAT'S when I cried! Lol. Thanks for thinking of me!

That makes me a little verklempt. I'm happy it was a good turnout for you!

That is good to hear! How were the students? Did you have a long term sub up until now?

And I agree, if my DH had to stay home he's go nuts! Your DH sounds amazing!
