Anyone claiming ATC filed taxes yet?

I'm trying to file via turbo tax (as I always do), and its saying that the adoption tax credit form is not ready yet, but when I go to the IRS website its there and seemingly good to go.  Am I missing something?

    My understanding is that the form is ready, but it's one of the ones that can't be filed till mid/late feb.

    We went to see a tax person monday and they told us that according to her forms they are suppose to be ready by 2/8/13 (tomorrow). we are to call her to make sure they are available.   I heard it takes a long time because you have to send everything in to them and they cant process it online with adoption so we hope its not any later.  I usually use turbo tax but didnt want to miss anything with this.
