Support belt

I take a kick boxing class 5 days a week and lately I've been feeling some pulling at the bottom of my stomach in my pelvic area. Does anyone have experience with using support belts and what are the best brands?

I'm a personal trainer and if you never used a support belt, I don't feel now is the time to use one. If you're weak in your core, perhaps the discomfort is your body saying "pls try something different". A belt is like a bandaid and you'll be less focused on using you're core properly to do the movements when it is around you.

I hear you. Well everyone is different and Idk if you're core is weak either. However, the body is still talking to you and belts are generally indirectly supporting you and may cause you to use your core less than you think. Try different styles of exercise and analyze what feels most comfortable for your body.

I used the Gabriella support belt when running about in my 5th month.  Honestly, it didn't do anything for me.  It didn't make running more comfortable.  I was having cramping when running, and my midwife advised me when I was a little over 6 months just to stop running because the cramping was a sign I was putting too much stress on the baby.  I switched to swimming and doing the elliptical for exercise and I didn't have a problem with those lower impact exercises.

I have a follow up question to this: I'm a runner, 20 weeks with 2. I was not a runner with my first. I ran 3 miles yesterday and noticed some swelling and a large vein protruding in my nether regions.

Has anyone used a v2 supporter? Or is this a sign I need to stop running? And if I stop running, can I still power walk at an incline on the treadmill?
