Ok so I had an US last Friday with the technician saw heartbeat, she said that I probably would not get back to me until this week. Well I have been so busy that I totally forgot, yeah, I am a teacher 1st grade plus teach a college class one day a night. So busy. I thought about it yesterday so I called today and they got back to me and just said everything was fine. I was a bit upset, did not tell me heart rate or anything just all is good. Just a bit upset I had to wait a week for that and now a week later so much could have changed.
What I should not complain about is I have no MS, I am not complaining about that I so know how lucky I am. But.... lol just makes me worry too. I am bloated, and the breakouts on my neck and chin OMG, worse now then ever before. They are the sore under the skin ones. oh yeah the emotional and irritability is so bad!!! I know I should not complain but I so worry about miscarriage. Can anyone tell me symptoms of miscarriage? I am assuming that I would know if I had one or if things were "not right"?
This is my first and for the most part I am trying to go with the flow and not worry but you know it is hard.
Thanks for listening and sorry about my rambling!!! LOL
Re: I know I should not complain
good to know since the tech told me that the Dr would call me Monday. lol
It is very hard not to worry about so many things while pregnant. This is my first as well and I remember back in July and August worrying about that type of stuff too. It's hard not to worry but try no OVER worry. Just try to do some things that keep you relaxed; whether it's prayer, meditation, reading a book, listening to music, listening to an audio book, whatever. Before you know it, you will be 7 or 8 months pregnant and almost ready too roll. :-)
And as far as complaining, don't feel bad about that. There's so many discomforts that we experience in pregnancy that regardless of what anybody tells you about "the joys of pregnancy". Don't feel bad about voicing your discomforts.

Thank you!!
At my U/S, the tech was able to tell me the heartbeat, but she wasn't allowed to tell me if that was good or bad-- only a doc can do that, so really, it could have been very nerve-wracking to know without having the doc around to say "that's a normal heartbeat!"
All the uncomfortable signs are good signs, so like pps said-- only worry if you have excessive cramping and bleeding. Your body has got this under control, even if you feel like it's time to panic! LOL

Everyone is different. But unless you are bleeding and cramping, assume everything is going seimmingly!
And out of the five ultrasounds I've had, I was only given the heart rate at two of them.
Stay sane!! Be grateful for lack of severe nausea and morning sickness!! I am so thankful I am not teaching this quarter those lectures would have been a disaster!!
