cloth wipe solution "recipe"?

I just took another gander through the FAQs and got a couple of ideas, but still wondering if anyone has suggestions. 

Besides plain tap water (we have super shitty, nasty hard water so I will probably boil the water before use anyway) ... does anyone have a "recipe" for cloth wipe solution that I can keep in a spritz bottle?

I use water with a squirt or two of CA Baby wash in a peri bottle.

Yes, it's fine.  The amount is pretty small so it doesn't need to be rinsed.

I use a small spray bottle with water, a little baby oil and a little baby shampoo.  It smells good and works well too!
