I'd guess girl. My boys u/s photos have all had obvious penises, which I don't see here. So in my non-expert opinion, I'd say congrats on your girl!

I do see the stripes, however unless I am reading the picture wrong it looks like they are running the wrong direction to actually be the girl part. But I don't see anything that says boy, just not sure if its running the right way to be a girl for sure.
