Any of you ladies make them in the morning? If so, give me your recipes! I need something simple that I can take on my commute to work! Something yummy and nutritious!
My DH and I get the tubs of EAS vanilla protein and most mornings I make a shake with the following:
I've been doing the following in the morning and it keeps me full for awhile:
8 oz almond milk
1 scoop vanilla slim fast
Handful of berries, banana, some kind of fruit combo
Ice

this sounds perfect
2 cups spinach
1 banana
1/2-1 c frozen fruit
1/2 c plain greek yogurt- fat free
1 c milk (cow, almond, soy... Whatever)
