Girl names - WDYT?

I've posted before about Paige vs. Brooke as I love the name Paige and DH just likes it.  Brooke is his favorite and I only like it.  I've been trying to come up with other names that we might agree on.  The only other name we have come up with is Macy. 

So what are your thoughts on Macy?

Paige and Brooke feel very dated to me, but Brooke is better than Paige.  Macy is very Teen Mom.

I think Macy is a very different style. Much more "2012 trendy girlish" than Brooke and Paige, which are more "80s.90s spunky not frilly."

Brooke and Paige make me think of Blair, Sloane, Arden, Greer. One of the regulars here as a DD named Adair. That's a good spunky, unusual, nonfrilly option.

I know a 40 yo woman named Macey.  It suits her - she's very cutesy like her name.

What about Laine, Laci, Bryn, Harper, Carly, Haley?

To me personally, Macy doesn't age well. Of the three, the only one I like is Paige.

Thanks for your input ladies!  I also am concerned that Macy doesn't age well.  It's hard to think of other names when I am stuck on Paige and it "feels right".  I just wish DH loved it as much as I do.

Love those suggestions.  But I know those aren't DH's style.  He has shot down more names than I can count.  So frustrating!  I do love Blair but of course it was shot down.

Not a fan of Macy.  Too juvenile for me and I don't think it will age well.  I LOVE Brooke and Paige.

I think Brooke is the best name you got there..I think it is cute and girly, I heard a mom saying to her cute daughter the other day "brookie cookie" lol..but I think it is sweet..

I strongly dislike Macy and Paige!

I try to comment on every thread I open, but I am afraid I don't like any of these names.

If I had to choose, I would probably go with Brooke, as I think it could be a nature name, and I do like nature names.

I love Paige. I don't mind Brooke, but I went to HS with a girl named Brooke and she was a snot, you know there is always one person to ruin a name for you. Macy isn't that bad, but Paige is better.

Don't like Macy, makes me think of Teen Mom. Brooke seems dated to me. I like Paige the best from all three options.

I know Macy is ver Teen Mom and I honestly can't say i wouldn't meet a Macy and not think of teen mom....but I like it = ) good luck! I like Paige a lot more the Brooke but only because every Brooke I have known personally has been stuck up Obviously that is a personal reason and should no way desuade you!.

I love Brooke and Paige. They are both much nicer than Macy, IMO. What about Claire... that's kind of similar to Brooke/Paige.

I like Macy, but I think you'd need to choose a simple and dignified middle name to go with it so it doesn't skew too cutesy or trendy.

I know a Macy and my name is in fact Brooke. I would say there is nothing wrong with either, unless the fact that Brooke is a very 90's name IMO.
