Hey ladies, I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers as to what to read concerning actual labour. I know I still have a while to go but I'd like to start getting informed and mapping out a proper birth plan. Thanks for your input!

    I liked the dr sears Birth book, it went into a lot more detail than the pregnancy books.

    Birth plan is an oxymoron... Just sayin'. It has been so different each time in my experience. I trust my body and my nurses/dr and it all works out to a lovely baby.


    I think a birth plan is a good idea for FTMs, especially if you want to go med free or have other requests. I was glad I did one the first time.
