I nurse LO at 6am before leaving for work. I don't get home until 5, so he gets 3 bottles at daycare, and I pump 3 times while at work to cover those bottles. When he's away for other reasons, I'm a little more relaxed about how often I pump, going as long as 6 hours if it's not uncomfortable. Lately at daycare, he has been coming home with a bottle. Sometimes he never takes it. Sometimes he takes it right before I can make it home. Yesterday, he came home with 2 bottles and no rush to eat.
Next week, he hits 11 months, and at that point, I was considering dropping my last pumping session at work. I have a decent freezer supply that should hold me over, but honestly, he keeps taking less and less (and I'm pumping less and less amounts). I'm hoping that at a year, I can quit pumping at work altogether. He's been taking wcm well, so we'll see how it goes.
From 3mos until the end of the year, I was pumping 2x/day at work and nursing 2-3x/day at home.
At the beginning of Jan, I dropped to 1x/day pumping, because I was only getting about 4-5 oz/day with the pump. Just this week, I dropped my pump session at work completely, so he nurses in the morning and the evening and no pumping at all.

I nurse at 7am, pump at work at 9:30, 1:00, and 4:00 (I am a teacher...those are the times when I don't have students, even though they aren't ideal times for pumping), then nurse him before bed at 7pm. I only get about 7 ounces a day at this point.
I had dropped to only pumping twice a day at work, but since we're going to be away from LO for 5 days next week while house hunting, I've upped it to 3-4 times per day starting yesterday. This trip is going to decimate my freezer stash, so I'm trying to at least partially replenish it. If not, oh well. She's close enough I may just switch her to WCM rather than formula if my supply can't keep it up.

I pump three times at work (well, actually once on my commute to work, once at work, and again on my way home). I also pump during his morning naps on weekends to keep up. I have a freezer stash to fall back on for the days I do not pump well, esp. the week before AF.
