I love William Daryll. DH is not positive about William so I've started calling the baby Will and am hoping he gets used to it! It worked with DS, might work again!

Bud was my grandpa's name and I don't really love the way it sounds, but I really want to pay tribute to him so we're going to use it anyway! I know my IL's will turn up their noses, that's why we won't tell them until the baby is here. That way, they look really stupid insulting a brand new baby's name.
DD 4 will be a fantastic big sister!
EDD - 6/17/13
We are naming our son Franklin. It is kinda an old man name but I think it is really cute and love Frankie as a nickname. We are naming him after my FIL who passed 8 years ago. His name was Francis, went by Frank, and I wasn't going to do that to my son.
We found out yesterday we are team pink but DS is Ethan Douglas. I am kinda glad we dont have to have the boy name debate now because DH and I were at odds. My top runners if it was a boy were Andrew or Patrick.
Our little guy will either be Alexander Jozef Alex or AJ for short Alexander is my brothers middle name...Jozef is FIL fn and my dads middle name. Or Camden Jozef Cam or CJ. Ever since we found out its for sure a boy I have been calling him Alex but I think we will make final decision when he arrives.

My DH's middle name is Bud. Don't hear that all that often!

MN - DH's MN, which comes from FIL's FN. That's the tradition on FIL's side, giving the father's FN as the son's MN. But we couldn't keep that with DS because DH's FN is Tyler, so poor baby boy's intitials would be STD... yikes!
We'll call him Sam.
Proud babywearing, breastfeeding, vaccinating SAHM of 2U2!
Still waiting for anatomy scan to confirm our NT scan guess of a boy, so we'll see if the tech was right or not. But we've been talking boy names and are narrowed down to William Henry or Benjamin Alan. All are family names. Other names I like but am unsure of are Luke or Jude.

We're Team Green and will go with a list of boy names and a list of girl names and decide when we meet LO.
Our girl list has come together nicely, our boy list, not so much...
So far, we have Luca, Dominic (Nico) and Eli, but we don't love any of them. MN will be Richard, after my dad who passed 2 years ago.
What about Nicolo... check into spelling on it though, because I'm not certain that's it? I went to school with these two Italian brothers named Dominic and Nicolo (pronounced knee-kah-lo, the "olo" isn't like "rolo" (the candies) at the end lol). I really like it and he goes by Nico as a NN. I love the way it rolls of your tongue too.
Proud babywearing, breastfeeding, vaccinating SAHM of 2U2!
DH is 100% set on this name and I'm about 80% there.. I really like it but he's also vetoed all the other names i picked. i also just haven't "felt" it like i felt so sure with DS#1. Although, we have started calling him Luke and as I do I like it more and more..
Luke Robert
Robert is def the middle name after my grandpa.. we decided this awhile ago(with DS1, we decided Robert would be our next son's MN) but feel even stronger about it now that he has recently gotten pretty sick.
I know I am going to be bashed for using Danger as his middle name, but I honestly could care less. We love the way it sounds with our last name. I'm going to love my little Danger Baby. Even if he is climbing up walls, jumping off couchs and being crazy!
I still don't know if we are having a boy or girl (A/S is 2/11), but our short list for boy names include Benjamin or James.
TTC:Off BCP December 2011. BFP #1 January 16, 2012; EDD September 12, 2012; m/c Feb,1 2012. BFP #2 June 6, 2012; EDD February 11, 2013; diagnosed with blighted ovum/had D&C July 12,2012.
BFP #3 October 20, 2012; EDD June 29, 2013.
If its a boy it will be Arlo James. Our DS is Graham and at first I thought it sounded too country by the "proper" graham and then I thought about how no one will be pairing our names together for comparison like me!
And for the person who mentioned the Grayem pronunciation it will happen with even nonBrits, like my own mother. We couldn't have spelled it any more obviously in my opinion.
We have a list, that is all. DH flip flops on names.
NM is Kenneth, that is sorted.
The name list includes:
Zachary
Patrick
Lucas / Luke
Ethan
William
Harrison
Charles / Charlie ( but I think this is slipping off the list)

Team green but I think our top boy name right now is Brennan. Dh said he isn't sold on it but since he can't come up with anything better has agreed to it (unless he does think of something). MN options are Michael or maybe Finn.
DS1 is Jameson Andrew.

Thoughts on Franklin as a FN? I know it sounds kind of old but there are so many Charlies and Henrys running around these days. What about Frankie when he's little and Franklin as an adult? I run the risk of him becoming "Frank" which I don't like...but if I'm willing to risk it, could it be cute?
Thoughts?
I love love love Franklin. It is on my short list. Like #1 on my short list.
Our baby boy will be James Frank III. We're trying to decide on a nn, because H goes by James also. Jimmy/Jim/Trey are out due to people we know and don't want to name him after. So far our ideas include Jay and JR our last initial, but we're still brainstorming!
I think we've settled on Lucas Arden (nn Luke). Lucas is a name we both really like and about the only name we can agree on for a first name. Arden is DH's first name.

I had to negotiate to get to the name I wanted, so I gave up full middle naming rights to my husband. He hasn't decided yet, but he likes wacky Scandinavian names - so this kid may end up with the middle name Thor. Not kidding.
I love Finn! Such a great name. Will you use the full Finnegan and Finn as a NN?
I really love Finn too, but our last name is phillips and hubby thinks it sounds really bad together.

I know my IL's will turn up their noses, that's why we won't tell them until the baby is here. That way, they look really stupid insulting a brand new baby's name.
Logan Cadanze
Cadance is spelled with the Z because my Step sister name is Candace and it look to a like. We pick this MN because of the music and military tie.
This story started at band camp on Sept. 6, 2002, when to people meet. Married on Nov. 14, 2009.
Cooper Anthony and Patrick Terry.
If its BG twins well do Patrick Anthony for a couple of reasons that dont apply with two boys.
We are naming our son Franklin. It is kinda an old man name but I think it is really cute and love Frankie as a nickname. We are naming him after my FIL who passed 8 years ago. His name was Francis, went by Frank, and I wasn't going to do that to my son.
I think Franklin is a strong name!!
We are naming him Franklin Mac.
Franklin is after my father in law and Mac is after my side of the family. It was a nickname of my Grandfather's based on our last name, Mc
Our little guy will be Brecken Harvey. Harvey is my late grandfather's name so we wanted to use it in honor of him.
I love the name Finn-it was actually one of my favorites, but DH vetoed it.
My DH's middle name is Bud. Don't hear that all that often!
Samuel Joseph
FN- My grandfather's

Name: Hudson Danger.
I know I am going to be bashed for using Danger as his middle name, but I honestly could care less. We love the way it sounds with our last name. I'm going to love my little Danger Baby. Even if he is climbing up walls, jumping off couchs and being crazy!

Right now our boy list is still all over the place, but our front runner is Benjamin Paul. (Benjamin is DH's top pick)
I'm still pulling for Samuel (my top choice), and our compromise names are Clay and Seth.
DS1 is Eli James.
We have a list, that is all. DH flip flops on names.

We both love his name.
Team green but I think our top boy name right now is Brennan. Dh said he isn't sold on it but since he can't come up with anything better has agreed to it (unless he does think of something). MN options are Michael or maybe Finn.
DS1 is Jameson Andrew.
I love love love Franklin. It is on my short list. Like #1 on my short list.
I can't get H to commit to anything, but here's what we've got the list narrowed down to:
Caleb
Eli
Willem
Evelyn (3.24.10), Graham (5.30.13) & Miles (8.28.16)
So far I like Oscar, Horatio, and Hector in that order of preference.
I really love Finn too, but our last name is phillips and hubby thinks it sounds really bad together.
