I am on my second MPSI baby, and decided to blog about the foods I'm trying this time around. I just started it yesterday. I wish I would have found something like this when I was dealing with this the first time. Right now, I'm only cutting "obvious" forms of dairy and soy, but last time, I went hard core. The MSPI diet is hard, it's definitely nice to have support and share recipes with other moms who are in the same boat!
