Had my babies!
It's been busy around here so I'm a little late but Camden and Lily are here!
I was supposed to have a c section at 38wks on 1/21. I went to my OB appointment on 1/17 for my weekly NST and BPP. Baby B was not cooperating during the NST so we went in for the BPP. The babies scored a 4/8 so they sent me over to L&D for monitoring around 4:15. Once there and hooked up my contractions were picking up and getting stronger as well. So combined with low a low BPP, being 37wks4d, and consistently contacting my on call OB said lets have some babies!
At 6:11 baby A came out screaming weighing 5lbs even and then one minute later baby B came out screaming at 6lbs10oz. Both 19 inches long.
Neither needed NICU time. Lily didn't pass her hearing test and needed blood sugar monitoring for 24 hrs because of her small size but she ended up being fine in both areas.
This board was awesome during pregnancy and now I can't wait to participate as a MoM!
DD#1 3/04 *TTC #2 since 6/2010 EDD 1/30/13 changed to 2/4/13 we are having boy/girl twins!
