Head Position in Cradle 'n Swing

We have a fisher price snug a bunny cradle and swing that DS (6 weeks) sleeps the best in, by far. Lately it seems that he gets so scrunched down in the seat that his chin is basically resting on his chest.

Anyone else having this problem? Do you think it's ok to put a thin folded blanket under his back to elevate his chest a bit and keep his chin off his chest as his head lays back further?

We put a towel in the bottom of the swing we have and haven't had any problems.
