Anyone seen/have this?

Anyone seen this or have it?  Is it safe?  I know putting after market things on car seats aren't really considered safe, but it looks like it's made of foam.  I just wasn't sure.  It would be nice to have something for DD to be able to set books, snacks on while in her seat.

I think the fact that's its foam would make it okay.  I know I have been told in the pass to keep anything remotely hard away from their lap (in case of an accident their head is pushed forward and would hit it).

Yep, my mom got one for each of my girls because we travel a lot. I don't use it every day, just on long trips, and it works well for DD1 (who is FF) but not as well for DD2 (who is RF). It does have some cardboard in the tray portion to make it a little sturdier for coloring and such, but it is not hard enough for me to worry about it in an accident. It also doesn't interfere with the straps of the car seat, so I don't have a problem using it.

Great!  Thanks!  I might have to try it, especially since it's not that expensive.
