I just almost passed out in the grocery store. DH had to basically carry me to a bench since I was full on tunnel vision, ringing ears, going down. Ugh. Yay pregnancy low blood pressure!

I told DH at least we made it to a bench. Passing out and hitting the floor would have been super embarrassing.

Oh no! That sucks! I've actually been there, and it was at the freaking grocery store? What is it about grocery stores? I think for we had just been there for too long walking around. I had to sit down in the deli for a full half hour and eat something before I felt ok again! LOL. Glad you didn't actually pass out!

If you can remember, try to carry some almonds or a granola bar with you at all times! That's what I try to do.

Although one night I got up too fast before I went up to bed. I got to the bathroom to brush my teeth and then quickly had to lay down on the floor. DH was freaked out but I was so lightheaded! I guess I should eat dessert every night now. Oh well.

This happened to me last week at a ribbon cutting ceremony. Luckily, my dad was with me. So embarassing.

That really sucks! Glad your h was there to help you. I had some low blood pressure issues yesterday. I was so dizzy/ nauseous/ exhausted and faint like feeling all day.
I had a friend who is a paramedic take my bp while at work this morning and it's currently sitting around 104/62. So he believes yesterday was completely blood pressure related.

Hope you feel better and make sure to drink lots of water.

Charmed, that's about where mine has been sitting 100 over 60. I'm finding myself getting winded walking up the stairs or if I walk quickly, which is also a little embarrassing at only 11 weeks in.

While low blood pressure can be caused by low blood sugar, it's not always the cause. Your blood sugar can be fine and you can still suffer from pregnancy related low blood pressure. Just throwing that out there.

Yup. That would do it. I'm with you on the winded thing and it also causes you to be tired. So I have been extra lazy these past two weeks it seems. I just can't seem to do much and when I try, I get dizzy

Oh my gosh! This has been happening to me too! I had no idea what was happening! I'm currently waiting for a call back from my nurse about it. Weird that I come across this post the same day! It happened to me twice at work this week..which is no bueno, since I work behind a bar with lots of glass.

My blood pressure was 100/60 last time as well.  I have to be careful everytime I stand up.  I actually almost passed out on our vacation before I knew I was pregnant,  I got up at the pool and had to drop down on my knees in front of some woman.  So embarassing.  I guess that was my first symptom.
