I like all the colors, but they have to be cooked.  And I only started liking them less than a year ago.

They're crunchy Swimiz!! Cut them in strips like chips  

I like them all, when I'm cutting them for fajitas (obviously cooked) I snack on them raw, they are so crunchy, I love them!
