My 25 weeker turns 4 tomorrow! (PIP)

So, here is Zoey on her birth day.  She arrived at 25w2d.  She weighed 1 lb., 14 oz., and was 13.5 inches long.  She survived many NICU acronyms, including NEC.  She came home after 96 days.

Here is Zoey from this past Christmas with her first drum set! She is still tiny, but developmentally on target and doing everything her ornery peers teach her at school. We love her, and we are amazed. Happy Birthday early, dear one!

    Trenton Elijah born three weeks early due to pre-e on April 14, 2011. Weighing 6lbs 6.3oz, 18 inches long.

    Cameron Jacob (CJ) came early @ 25w4d on November 16, 2012 due to placenta abruption and incompetent cervix . Weighing 1lb 15.5oz, 14 inches long.

    Thank you, everyone, for the beautiful comments.  For any new preemie mama's, I want to note that Zoey went safely to Chuck E. Cheese (i.e. Germ Factory) for her birthday which was in the middle of cold and flu season.  It really does get better for the mamas and babies as time goes on.  Less NICU panic, just regular mama panic.  :)

    this is great to hear! my son arrived at 25wk 3days weighing in at 1lb 14oz also. hes now 9wks old 35 corrected. lots and lots of ups&downs... still in hospital hoping everything turns out just as yours did. thanks for the great news
