meal planning website membership

Does anyone have a membership to a meal planning website?  If so, can you review?  Does it save you time and money?   I am tempted to get the Allrecipes membership, I like that I can download the list to my iphone and it can help me plan other meals with similar ingredients but I wonder if there is a better one out there.

I second pepper plate!! It's awesome! Even when I don't plan meals, if I have something I want to cook, I can pull up the receipes on my phone at the store.
