A second push...

Does anyone or has anyone else discovered the need to remind yourself to give a second push after peeing!? I have come to realize, that if I don't try and pee a little more I almost always have to rush back to the bathroom or I will pee my pants!

 

Pregnancy is absolutely the most craziest thing I've ever experienced...

Yep. I lean forward & push any extra out until I feel my bladder is completely emptied.

I read it helps to lean forward to help empty the bladder. So, I lean forward and push. haha.

Lean forward while you are urinating.

I do kegel exercises every time I pee... otherwise I would forget. lol  That actually seems to help with having more pee "control"
