Choroid plexus cysts

Choroid plexus cysts was found on the baby's ultra sound. The doctor said not to worry they just are going to do another ultrasound in a few weeks. Have any of u ladies gone thru this?

    I haven't gotten my results because my child didn't cooperate but from what I've read...they are VERY common and usually go away on their own.

    They can be 100% normal and usually go away.  As long as that was the only soft marker you had, I would not worry!  We had Choroid Plexus Cyst AND a SUA.....so we had two markers and our baby ended up having Trisomy 18, but we had TWO markers!!!  Hope all goes well!!!

    My ob found 3 cpc's on DD's brain. I also had low amniotic fluid. All 3 cysts began to shrink and 2 of them were gone by 34ish weeks. She is a healthy 4 year old now. Seems these are a pretty common finding now days. Still scary nonetheless! Good luck!
