Recommend your decaf coffee

At my (super crappy) grocery store, my only options for decaf are folgers, and generic. I just tried the folgers decaf and it tastes.... weird. Is that just how decaf is? Any recommendations for some that doesn't have an odd aftertaste? I have a keurig by the way, but don't usually use the k-cups. I was considering the green mountain breakfast blend decaf, which is my favorite caffeinated coffee.

I know I can still have a few cups of regular coffee, but I'd like some decaf also. My MW told me to get some to keep me regular :)

We have a keurig, and I like the Starbucks Blonde decaf.  They don't sell the k-cups that I have seen so far, but we have one of those re-usable cups that you can put grounds in.

Green mountain has a half caf that is what I have been drinking and I love it! No funky taste and it still gives you a little boost of caffeine. They are available in the kcups.

Green Mountain Breakfast blend Decaf is the one I use for my keurig machine - to me it is the best decaf I have tasted so far.

I've used foldgers decaf kcups and only have it on weekend mornings. It's alright but definitely not as good as caffinated coffee. I found If i drink it at night I can't sleep bc it has a little caffeine in it. Next I'm going to try dunkin donuts decaf k cups. Weirdly since pregnant I don't really want coffee or hot drinks much at all. I think decaf tastes a little off too.

I use donut house decaf. I like it ok but definitely not as dark a roast as like normally.

Do you have a keurig?  I've heard that if you're going to go decaf you should also try to go organic because they use so many chemicals decaffeinating the coffee that it's almost worse for you.  I just bought some Newmans Own Organic Decaf, but I'm alternating it with a cup of regular coffee -as long as I'm under 200 mg I feel ok about it.  Also my coworkers and anyone else who has to deal with me appreciates it when I get some caffeine :D

It's not coffee, but Keurig's Chai Tea Lattes are the BEST. They don't say it directly on the box, but they're decaf (I called the company and asked).

I'm a big coffee drinker, and I've had to switch to decaf too.  Sucks.  Sucks sucks sucks.

I've tried a lot of coffees and haven't found a decaf that's good for more than a couple of days after opening it.  I finally went for whole bean.  This seemed to help. I've also gone for strong flavors: French Press/French Roast or full-on flavored.

I'm getting my coffee at a local coffee house that flavors the beans on location. For me, freshness has been key.

    It's still not awesome.

I have a Keurig, and hands down my favorite coffee is Newman's Own Special Blend. It's organic, and it is a "extra-bold medium roast" so it has the perfect balance (I think). And I love the fact that it comes in K-cups.

It definitely comes in Decaf (which is what I switched to being pregnant). They sell it at Target, Amazon.com, and even Costco (so you can buy it in bulk)!

I am not sure if the Decaf is sold in bulk at Costco, but you can usually get a smaller box (with either 10 or 18 K-cups per package) for like $12. It really is my favorite, and I don't drink any other coffee (unless I'm out to breakfast at a restaurant)
