I know there's never a perfect time to start TTC, but H and I set a date for when we are going to start trying! A friend of ours invited us on a trip in October to a beach house, and we decided that we would TTC right after. I'll be finishing my master's about 2 months before the "due date" (that is, IF we get pregnant in October/November. No guarantees, obviously.) I knew I didn't want to do school, working 40+ hours a week and a newborn all at once, but it feels great to finally have "someday" seem a little more concrete. We're both really excited, and have a few trips planned in the next 9 months just the two of us to really soak up all the pre-baby time!
Happy Monday, everyone!
Re: We set a date!
Congrats on setting a date to start TTC.
Have you considered starting to chart your temperatures in order to familiarize yourself with your cycles and help time sex for when you are ready to start TTC?
Awesome advice. I wish I would have had more of a clue what all is involved and would have done this. *palm forehead*

Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013

I've been charting for about a year now after reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It's been a little off because I was having trouble getting a period naturally, but after a round of Provera I'm starting to have regular cycles. I wanted to be off BC for a couple of years before we started trying (overkill, I'm sure) but I'm glad I did because it took me over a year to have a normal cycle.
Thanks for all the tips! I ordered What to Expect Before You're Expecting but haven't read it yet...probably should soon. lol
*sorry for the delayed response, school is kicking my butt!*
